3.2 When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify wabo22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.4 wabo22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility unless you have notified wabo22 of a security breach.
wabo22 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of your account.
3.6 wabo22 reserves the right to conduct ongoing due diligence and enhanced verification checks on any account at any time, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and internal risk policies.
4.1 All financial transactions on the wabo22 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wabo22 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change without notice.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. wabo22 reserves the right to return funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified on the Platform. wabo22 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for verified accounts, subject to system capacity and any required compliance checks.

Funds held in your wabo22 account are not interest-bearing. wabo22 holds member funds in accordance with its regulatory obligations, separate from operational funds.

All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
5.3 wabo22 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional funds where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, arbitrage, or in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wabo22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
9.3 wabo22's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wabo22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
